FAQ: Summit Society
“I am a busy woman and have a lot of things on the schedule, what is the time commitment?”
This is UP TO YOU. Their are 3 levels of support to choose from. The soloist tier - this is a DIY approach where you get access to all of the recordings to do at your own pace. The explorer tier - we meet live once a month @ 5pm MST on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month. The trailblazer tier - same as the explorers + weekly check ins with two time opportunities, Mondays @ 12pm MST or 5pm MST. Trainings are roughly 45-75 minutes long.
“What if I join and find I don’t have the time I was hoping for to dedicate to the trainings & check ins?”
No problem. You can adjust or cancel your membership at anytime. No strings attached!
“I am not sure I will fit in, I don’t know if I consider myself an athlete..What kind of women are currently in the program?”
We have women ranging from early 20’s to late 50’s within this program. There are moms, professional guides, aspiring instructors, ath-leisure athletes, competitive athletes, and so on. We are all connected by the love of these sports and moving our bodies. Everyone is welcome no matter how hard or soft core. 😊
“I’m still unsure what mental strength training is and if it is something that will help me.”
Mental strength training can be likened to physical exercise for the brain. Your mindset acts as the filter through which you perceive the world, comprising your beliefs, values, and perceptions of what's achievable or not. During our mental strength training sessions, we come together to explore various mindset strategies and tools, allowing time for reflection and journaling. These sessions also involve practices like meditation and breathwork, all with the goal of cultivating greater awareness and resilience in our mindsets. If you find yourself holding back, struggling to complete your goals, burdened with "shoulds" on your to-do list, or seeking to reignite your motivation, mindset work can help you identify and overcome obstacles, maintain consistency, recognize your strengths, and discover fresh avenues for improvement in your field, even those that may have seemed unattainable before.
