Feeling overwhelmed by all the self-help resources?
I WAS TOO… this is how it changed:
I've always been drawn to the world of self-improvement, including literature, podcasts, and courses. Even when some individuals dismissed and reacted skeptically to unconventional concepts such as mantras, meditation, journaling, and self-care. Seeing it as soft or woo woo. It's true that these ideas can sometimes be taken out of context, making them appear more overwhelming than helpful. I firmly believe that a constant stream of self-help content isn't a healthy approach, despite the societal pressure to keep up with it for the sake of our well-being.
I understand firsthand that there's an overwhelming amount of information available, all promising to make you better, look better, and feel better. Unfortunately, this abundance can often lead to more confusion than progress. As someone on a continuous journey of personal growth, I've experienced the allure of countless self-help avenues. I've ventured down many paths, tried numerous fad diets, and felt the perpetual desire to improve without taking the time to appreciate my progress. It's a challenging cycle that can leave you feeling worse than when you first started.
Through a journey of experimentation and years of education, which includes IIN, HMCC, and multiple psychology courses, I've developed a mindset coaching approach that has proven both effective and enduring, benefiting both myself and my clients. I've learned that the true essence of this process isn't about the quantity of information consumed or shared. Instead, it's about actively applying strategies that make a significant and lasting impact. It involves discerning between fleeting trends and quick fixes and recognizing the authentic, transformative methods that stand the test of time. This journey also entails the conscious application of tools that resonate with you while shedding unnecessary and distracting elements that only add to the burden.
Every person's path is unique, which makes the process more complex, but also more exciting and exploratory. My coaching style sets me apart from many in the outdoor industry. I incorporate meditation and journaling to help cut through the noise and clutter, and I employ research-based strategies and tools to support your journey. What strategies you choose to embrace are entirely up to you. I genuinely believe that you possess the knowledge of what's best for you and where to begin. However, I understand that uncovering those answers can be challenging, which is why I'm here to engage in meaningful discussions, ask powerful questions, and help you cultivate greater self-awareness. Ultimately, my aim is to assist you in distinguishing between external influences and your unique voice and needs.
Whether you opt to join my membership community for female athletes with its monthly mental strength training session or select one-on-one coaching, I offer you the time and space to put your learning into action. When you show up, you're actively engaging in the process. You're preparing for your individual journey, warming up, and priming your mind and body for the next peak.
