The activities or sports (ie. running, climbing, lifting, etc) we choose, bring us JOY and shows us what we are CAPABLE of and PUSHES us to be better versions of ourselves every time we show up.

This community is designed for active women to come together and have REAL CONVERSATIONS. Not the sugar coated social media ones. Not the mountain-town-hero-complex of “look what I can do”. But real life, heart-to-heart talks about the challenges and joys of being a woman in the mountains.

We talk about imposter syndrome, negative self talk, fear, nutrition, training, and everything in between. We share stories and experiences. We tap into our own innate wisdom and define our sports and life on our own terms.

Monthly Training Sessions

These trainings are designed to help you reach new heights in your life mentally, physically, and connect with your own unique voice & style. Every month we have a different topic that will work your mindset into shape. When you show up to the training you will not only be given tools and strategies to help you grow in each of these areas, but also the space and time to incorporate it into your personal experience.

When you show up, YOU ARE DOING THE WORK. It is that easy.

  • We have two goal setting trainings a year. One before winter comes in and one before summer. This allows you to change sports with the seasons and/or prepare for the next step every 6 months. We will create clarity around your goals and break it down into actionable steps with tools for support along the way.

  • During the busy holiday season it is even more important to make space and time for the quiet moments. Whether it be the family drama or negative internal dialogue that has you spiraling, mindfulness is the answer! We will discuss different mindfulness practices to help you within your sport and daily life.

  • You’ve probably heard about the power of visualization or saw your favorite athletes practicing it before a big event, but how can it help you as an everyday athlete? In this training we discuss where visualization can help you and how to do it!

  • Knowing your values helps guide your goals, keeps you motivated, and ensures your activities are meaningful TO YOU. By aligning your actions with what matters most to you, you can make better decisions, overcome challenges, and find deeper satisfaction in your sport. YES PLEASE!

  • As a busy woman juggling it all, it's key to know where your time and energy are going. Life has about 12 "buckets" that need our attention, and it's not about achieving perfect balance. Instead, it's about making small, meaningful tweaks that help you feel more supported, aligned, and in control of where it’s being spent.

  • Twice a year, we come together to reflect on the season that’s just wrapped up—because let's face it, looking back is the best way to move forward! Reflection lets us soak up the lessons from past experiences, celebrate our wins, and figure out how to carry that momentum into the future. It’s all about growing, improving, and having fun while we do it!

  • This training is all about bringing awareness to your inner dialogue. Here we will talk about negative self talk, limiting beliefs, and how to navigate those within your sport and life so you can perform at your highest level.

  • Creativity and problem-solving are essential for us as active, busy women because they allow us to adapt to challenges, whether it’s finding new ways to train, adjusting to unexpected conditions, or overcoming physical or mental plateaus. This training will show you how to engage this part of your brain more readily and move through any sticky spots that have you down.

  • Hello, wedding season, vacations, and outdoor adventures! Wait, what were your goals again?! This training is all about staying flexible when life gets wild and keeping your goals in sight. You don’t have to throw in the towel when things get hectic—just adapt and stay resilient!

  • Routines and habits are like your personal support system, and when you set them up right, they help you crush your goals almost on autopilot! In this training, we'll dive into fun, easy ways to tweak your routines, making them feel more natural and effortless—so you can keep progressing without even thinking about it.

    Limiting beliefs, previous experiences, inner critics, & stress can hold us back from our goals both personally, professionally, and in our training. In the Summit Society we focus on building mental resilience, self compassion, & self trust throughout the trainings.

  • BODY.

    Our bodies are capable of SO MUCH. They carry us through every single day and help us reach summits within our sports. Your mind and body are connected. Our stress response, emotions, and reactions to what is in front of us effects our physical well being and reslience.

  • SPIRIT.

    YOU HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS. We just need to ask the right questions and get quiet enough to listen. Through meditation, journaling, and discussion, we are able to uncover your core values, motivators, and inner wisdom. ONLY YOU get to define your life and sport. No one else.

Your Coach, Sam Crow

Sam has ran 100+ trainings, workshops, and clinics for 1000+ athletes in her 6 years within the outdoor industry. Teaching and sharing what she has learned is what she lives for.

Sam is a certified Health Coach (IIN), Mindset coach (HMCC), and has been a guide since 2018. Having this diverse background allows her to work from a holistic and action oriented perspective, a combination that is rare within the coaching and guiding industry.

Bringing all of her worlds together Sam created the Summit Society Membership and Trainings, as an offering to help connect and educate active women from all over the world.

QUESTIONS

  • It is membership based. Stay with us for a month or a whole year! It’s similar to a gym membership expect you can join and cancel at anytime without any strings attached or extra fees for canceling. When you are a paying member you get access to all the trainings and content and when you cancel, your access expires at the end of your paying month.

  • ALL ACTIVE WOMEN* who are ready to invest in themselves and their growth as well as be a part of a rad community! Bikers, runners, hikers, skiers, snowboarders, climbers, etc. *This community is open to all women (trans and cis-gender) as well as non-binary people who identify with the women’s community.

  • There are 3 monthly options: The Soloist ($19 per month), The Explorer ($29 per month), The Trailblazer ($49). The pricing goes up with the amount of live support. See further details above.

  • Yes, at anytime. You will continue to have access for the month you have paid.

  • The trainings and community calls are around 1 hour long. There is one training a month as well as one community accountability check ins that are about 30-60 minutes. Then the rest is up to you!

  • SOLOISTS: it is all at your own pace at your own time with the recorded content.

    EXPLORERS: There is 1 monthly live training during the week @ 6pm MST.

    TRAILBLAZERS: Same as the explorers + the Accountability Check-ins are on Monday’s @ 12pm MST.
