This 8-week program was designed to enhance your confidence, joy, & sense of fulfillment within daily life, work, and chosen forms of movement & play. It's main purpose is to support you in reconnecting with your highest self-expression while unlocking your fullest potential with less self-doubt, self-sabotage, and worry.
Sam was incredibly intentional about understanding my drivers and motivation for our work together. She used this to create a framework for success that was rooted in authenticity. We were able to tackle topics ranging from technical biking, riding partners, fear on the trail all the way to nutrition and mindfulness. Sam helped me identify common themes in my inner-voice and improved the way I was showing up on my bike, in my social circles, and for myself.
