What previous clients want you to know:
“When I wanted to gain confidence and build a solid skill set and foundation for my riding I knew Sam was the gal! She went over everything from bike set up, basic positioning, cornering, wheels lifts—you name it. She is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled at breaking things down.
It also helped to see myself practicing skills in videos and having her instant feedback on things that needed to be tweaked. As a female rider, I can see where bike clinics can seem a little intimidating but Sam does a tremendous job with creating a supportive and empowering environment for female riders. And not to mention, is the best hype gal!
I learned many new skills and now feel much more confident with my bike-body separation. I would highly recommend her clinics if you’re looking to take your riding to the next level.”

“Sam is a gifted mountain bike coach. She makes learning skills accessible, fun and empowering. In a few hours she had me mastering skills I'd been trying at for a long time. Sam offered helpful and specific feedback throughout the clinic and has multiple approaches for teaching each skill. I absolutely recommend working with Sam for upping your MTB confidence and skill!”

I had an incredible four-hour lesson with Sam Crow. We started with the fundamentals of body position, practiced braking, and then worked on terrain awareness. We also practiced braking and technique on some downhill trails. Understanding the proper body position and braking technique made a huge difference in my enjoyment and confidence level. This was the most fun I’ve had biking down hill, and I look forward to putting my new skills into practice!”
