Sam takes the WHOLE athlete into the picture. You will definitely talk about training, fueling, and skill progression within the calls, but it is SO MUCH MORE than that. It is about forming and embodying the identity and vision for who you want to be in and outside of the sport.

Within each private coaching session Sam walks you through meditations, journaling exercises and leads with thoughtful questions and techniques that allow you to get in touch with your inner guidance and unearth your highest potential.

Sam is a certified Health Mindset Coach, has been working in the outdoor industry for 5+ years, AND has worked with 100’s of athletes, so you can be sure that you are getting quality and research based coaching that is potent and effective.

    Sometimes our physical skills surpass our mental integrity. When this happens our thoughts and beliefs can stop us from progressing and expanding in our sport. Sam helps you navigate these mental roadblocks using visualization, breathwork, meditation, and journaling to start breaking down these barriers.

    We have been taught to look outside of ourselves for what we should eat. Should we ditch carbs? Should we eat plant based? Should we eat more or less? Sam helps you get back in touch with your body and your unique needs through intuitive nutrition. Everyone's bodies are different.. Let’s find what you thrive on!

  • Lifestyle Balance

    Life in the mountains is pure magic, but sometimes the chaos of life can take away from what we initially sought through biking, hiking, skiing, running, and/or climbing. Sam helps you take an audit of your life and where your energy is being spent and where it is being neglected. What 1-on-1 programs include:

  • I meet you where you’re at and will be with you every step of the way from the moment you sign up to the end of our coaching journey!

    We will discuss what amount of time and support you need and customize a plan together that allows us to dive DEEP into your goals & struggles with lasting effects that surpass the mountains and our time together.

  • These private sessions are JAM-PACKED with love, support, and guidance. They are 30-60 minutes each and are designed to help you gain clarity on your goals, work through your unique mindset blocks, and address any and all lifestyle imbalances to allow you to perform and LIVE at your highest potential!

  • For our first call we AMP IT UP! This session allows us to start blazing the trail of our coaching journey together. We will create the foundation to your coaching journey by gaining clarity on where you want to go and what new frontiers you want to discover, both in the mountains and within yourself.

  • You’ll have me in your pocket in-between session with text and voice memo support using Voxer! Like I said, I will be in your corner, supporting and empowering you every step of the way!

  • As applicable between sessions I will provide you with additional resources and exercises to supplement the coaching process and keep the momentum going.

  • It depends.. During our clarity call we discuss different options and levels of support and what would be the best fit for your goals and finances. I am now offering single sessions all the way up to 6 month programs. (Price range: $540-1800) monthly payment options available!
