Welcome to the

Elevate Coaching Project

A coaching project where I will be gifting 20 hours of coaching to empower brave women to go after their goals on and off the mountain.

Together we can elevate the women’s backcountry community

*this project is open to all women (trans and cis-gender) as well as non-binary people who identify with the women’s community.

ELEVATE COACHING PROJECT | 20 coaching conversations in 20 days | November 2021

  • Do you desire more out of your life on and off the mountain?

  • Are your fears, nutrition, and/or lack of mentorship holding you back from progressing in the backcountry?

  • Are you feeling burnt out or unsure of how to get ready for this backcountry season?

  • Do you want to be more of an asset to your backcountry group and make your voice heard?

  • Is your Imposter Syndrome holding you back from taking the next/first step into the backcountry?

Then this project is for you my friend

In the Backcountry our number one asset is each other.

As a lady splitboarder, mentorship has never been something that I was able to find easily. I’ve heard many stories from men in the backcountry who learned everything they now know from their mentor and how empowering it was to have this person in their life.

Truthfully there are less women mentors out there and I am wanting to change that. To be clear: I am not saying that I could not learn from a male mentor, but I want to empower more women to reach their goals to become mentors for the future generations. It is no secret the backcountry is male dominated, and I am here to help elevate the women’s community. My mission is to help as many ladies as possible find confidence and their voice to take up space in the beautiful backcountry.

Examples of changes to expect after our conversation:

- Having a clearer vision of your goals and aspirations in the backcountry

- Creating a plan for your goals this winter and executing it with confidence

- Starting to look inward and listening to your body instead of looking outside of yourself for the answers

- Uncovering the mindset blocks that are holding you back from your true potential

- Looking at nutrition as a tool to help you live a fuller life, and knowing that your needs are unlike anyone else’s

- Looking at that fearful inner voice (inner critic/imposter syndrome) with more compassion and curiosity

- Honing in on your strengths and what you bring to the team

READY TO MAKE SOME BIG SHIFTS?

Thank you for helping me make an impact in the Backcountry Community!

In This Call We Will

  • Share with me your vision for your backcountry progression. I will hold a safe and supportive space for you to claim the impact you want to make in the backcountry and the world. We will gain clarity on what that calling might be and how you can bring into fruition in your daily actions.

  • Unearth what is stopping you in this moment from taking action towards progressing in the backcountry. I want to create and do some powerful coaching work on how to unblock you and move you towards more action.

  • Gain an understanding on the stories you might be telling yourself that block you from moving forward

  • Name really clear, actionable steps and outline how to integrate the insights we discover in our time together into your everyday life.

  • Decide if further support is right for you. In our time together I will be more that happy to share with you options for ongoing support I can offer you to explore if it is an aligned fit for you.

In This Call We Will Not:

- Outline a nutrition, mindset, training plan or strategy

- Outline a full plan of action for transition, rather very pointed and focused next right steps forward

- Guarantee to solve all challenges presented, rather focus on how to navigate the greatest current blockage

NOTE ON ACCESS + INCLUSIVITY

It is a strong value of mine to make the work I offer more accessible and inclusive to all who identify with the women’s community. This project is a part of an effort to offer coaching to those that are otherwise unable to experience it due to financial restrictions or a lack of feeling safe and represented within this space.

I highly encourage you to join this project (or share within your community) if you are currently conducting impact work (such as working within the social sector or doing anti-racism activism) those with financial restrictions, BIPOC, LGBTQ, and those persons who are marginalized or underrepresented within the backcountry community.

NOTE OF TRANSPARENCY

Projects like this are part of how I connect with my ideal coaching clients and fill the limited coaching spots I have available in my practice each season, but these calls are not sales consults, and they are designed to have value for you as a standalone experience.

These calls also create an opportunity for me to deepen relationships with valuable people in my community (like you!), learn more about what you need, and to live in alignment with my values of creating accessibility in the coaching world and and being of service to the collective.

If our conversation leads to a place where coaching together seems like an ideal next step for both of us, and you’ve indicated in your discovery form a desire to know more about my programs, we will discuss working together during this call. If it’s not a fit or not the right time to even consider coaching, we will wrap up the conversation with action steps or resources that support you where you are. You are always 100% a choice for the experience and support you’d like from our time together.

Thank you, Kate Holly and Jordan Aftanas for modeling this incredible note of transparency and inclusivity in your own projects.

Can’t wait to meet you!!

Here’s to the most fulfilling, groundbreaking winter yet!
